West Miller, President

Mr. Miller is the Principal of Centergy Retail LLC and brings over 35 years of experience in the Shopping Center Industry and has developed over 25 major retail centers across Texas totaling 4 million square feet. Prior to founding Centergy Retail he was a Senior Officer in both Operations and Investments for 12 years for Regency Centers, one of the Nation’s largest publicly traded retail REITs, with over 400 grocery anchored centers east coast to west coast.
While at Regency he was responsible for the Texas Operations and implemented the development platform producing over three million square feet of outdoor Grocery anchored, Lifestyle, and Power Centers. He has unparalleled relationships with the key grocers and national credit tenants. He started his Retail career at Lincoln Property Company where he was a key employee creating value for Lincoln and it’s clients for over 10 years. He has a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas in Austin.
Doug Roecker, Vice President – Investments

Joined Centergy Retail in 2009. Responsibilities include sourcing capital and managing underwriting and due diligence related to Centergy’s acquisitions and developments.
Prior to joining Centergy, Doug had over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, most recently as a Senior Manager in the Investment Services group at Regency Centers where he managed the underwriting and due diligence processes on over $100M of shopping center acquisitions and over $150M of developments. His prior experience also includes positions with UBS Realty Investors and The Wyndam Group, a Dallas-based mortgage banking firm.
Doug holds the CCIM designation and a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Christian University.
Lori Weisenborn, Management & Accounting

Lori Weisenborn Deutschmann brings over 25 years of financial and operational management experience. Her background includes extensive knowledge of accounting/reporting, property management, asset management and acquisition/disposition of retail assets, specializing in institutionally owned assets.
Lori was Managing Director for CBRE Retail Asset Services’ clients. Lori served as Partner and Chief Financial Officer with UCR Asset Services / Prizm Partners since 1996 in which she oversaw financial reporting and management of the firms’ portfolio of Retail properties of over 20 million square feet across 22 states. Lori was a manager of a $1.5 billion real estate portfolio for The Prudential Realty Group and Director of Financial Services for Terranomics Retail Services based in San Francisco, CA.
Lori graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Baylor University; Waco, TX and holds her Certified Public Accounting License.
Alfonso De Leon Jr., President – Commercial Consulting & Development Services

Mr. De Leon is the president of Centergy Development Services and brings over 30 years of experience in the retail, industrial, and office building industry. He gained his experience while working with a Top 150 Commercial General Contractor for twenty three years, along with seven years in commercial development and consulting for several companies, including Lincoln Property Company, Fritz Duda Company, Hillwood, Tynberg, LLC, and others.
During his tenure in the general contractor and development business, he served as Director of Construction, Vice President of Operations, Development Manager, and Commercial Construction Consultant of over 12mil SF of building area with construction costs in excess of $800 mil. He has a BS in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
Austin Miller, Director of Operations (Leasing and Management)

Austin joined Centergy in 2016. He is responsible for operations including leasing and management on all of our properties.
Austin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
