West Miller, President
Mr. Miller is the Principal of Centergy Retail LLC and brings over 30 years of experience in the Shopping Center Industry and has developed 4 million square feet of retail. Prior to founding Centergy Retail he was a Senior Officer in both Operations and Investments for 12 years for Regency Centers, one of the Nation’s largest publicly traded retail REITs.
While at Regency he was responsible for the Texas Operations and implemented the development platform producing over three million square feet of outdoor Grocery anchored, Lifestyle, and Power Centers. He has unparalleled relationships with the key grocers and national credit tenants. He started his Retail career at Lincoln Property Company where he was a key employee creating value for Lincoln and it’s clients for over 10 years. He has a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas in Austin.
John Colucci, Director of Operations
John is the Director of Operations and has over 30 years of extensive and diversified experience in Property Management and Asset Management of all retail property types.
Prior to Centergy John was the Vice President of National Operations of a 400 retail property portfolio at Regency Centers. John has also been a Regional Manager, Director and Vice President of Operations, Asset Management and Financial Services in every retail property type with exceptional organizations like the Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation and Federal Realty Investment Trust.
Doug Roecker, Vice President – Investments
Joined Centergy Retail in 2009. Responsibilities include sourcing capital and managing underwriting and due diligence related to Centergy’s acquisitions and developments.
Prior to joining Centergy, Doug had over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, most recently as a Senior Manager in the Investment Services group at Regency Centers where he managed the underwriting and due diligence processes on over $100M of shopping center acquisitions and over $150M of developments. His prior experience also includes positions with UBS Realty Investors and The Wyndam Group, a Dallas-based mortgage banking firm.
Doug holds the CCIM designation and a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Christian University.
Alfonso De Leon Jr., President – Development Services
Mr. De Leon is the president of Centergy Development Services and brings over 23 years of experience in retail, industrial, and the office building industry. He gained his experience while working with a Dallas area General Contractor for his entire twenty three years.
During his tenure, he served as Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, Director of Construction, and Vice President of Construction, providing leadership, guidance and timely delivery of over 11mil SF of building area with construction costs in excess of $775mil. He has a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
Giovanni Silva, Marketing and Events Director
Giovanni Silva joined Centergy in 2015. As Marketing and Events Director, Giovanni is responsible for all the Marketing efforts at The Fountains at Farah in El Paso, which includes the seasonal and special events hosted at the Fountains’ entertainment venues.
An El Paso native, Giovanni received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from LIM College in New York City.
Austin Miller, Director of Leasing
Austin joined Centergy in 2016. He is responsible for the marketing and leasing efforts at the Left Bank and the Fountains at Farah shopping centers.
Austin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
